The Tulipwood Grande' Matched
Set
This Custom Cue consists of Eight Tulipwood Points,
64 Veneers (Red, Holly and Black), and 18 Rings
of Tulipwood, Ebony and Bird’s Eye Maple. The
ends of each piece of wood in this cue are reinforced
with
Double Black Linen Based Fiber to prevent splitting.
The wood was treated with Nelsonite a wood stabilizer
and wood preservative. The matching Jump Break cue was built to match
as close as possible consistent with the cue’s
function. The wider black ring in the center of the
top picture
is where the jump break comes apart and becomes a
jump cue.
